Ken Tree has 25 years varied experience in business, the oil industry, finance and training. He is an accomplished business coach and manager.
Ken has extensive experience of commercial and financial management, personal and leadership development, coaching and developing individuals and teams, leading multi disciplinary teams and facilitating organisational change.
He previously worked in the oil industry throughout the UK in a number of senior commercial roles including leading development and coaching programmes for senior managers. Latterly he has focussed on leadership, personal and organisational development using his particular expertise in leadership development and executive coaching.
Line Management Experience
Ken has extensive experience of leading teams in commercial functions and also leading personal, team and organisational development projects. As a line manager he introduced and delivered a diverse range of coaching and personal development programmes to enhance both individual and team performance.

Ken is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Institute of Directors. He has extensive experience of coaching instruments including psychometric, career development and 360 degree feedback programmes.

Kim Tree is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She is a qualified D32 workplace assessor and has had a diverse career over 20 years in finance and accountancy in the profession, the oil industry, transport and latterly in financial training.
Kim has extensive experience of training adults from a non-finance background in business skills including financial and management accounting, business law and marketing.
Kim delivers training programmes at leading further education colleges; works with the Association of Accounting Technicians to deliver accredited training programmes, and is a qualified work place skills assessor.
Kim's extensive industrial experience includes the application of finance and accounting skills in 'real world' business environments ranging from traditional audits, through finance management of a large bus company, to accounting for oil exploration development as well as drilling costs and management accounting.
