What are the unique aspects of this coaching programme?
There are many excellent workshops available on life coaching, but few that concentrate on the value of coaching in business. The Introduction to Coaching in Business programme looks at practical ways to support business critical team and individual development. Coaching can also play an important role in effective change management.
However, workshops alone are often not enough. The immediate demands of our business, our colleagues, the manager and our clients can take over when we return from that excellent workshop with great intentions. The Introduction to Coaching in Business programme recognises the need to support implementation of new skills beyond the workshop. This is why every participant in our programme receives two complementary telephone coaching sessions 1 week and 3 weeks after the workshop.
Who runs the programme?
Ken Tree and Gordon McQuitty are two highly successful business coaches whose approach to individual and team development is based on their years of management and coaching experience. They each spent over 20 years in business management and coaching/development positions within the oil and pharmaceuticals industries.
Ken's experience in business comes from the oil industry, finance and training, much of it in leadership positions. He brings a wide experience of coaching and developing people and teams.
Gordon has been actively involved leading sales teams and in coaching/supporting sales managers through two mergers and considerable organisational change.
They both enjoy running programmes that are highly informative, fun and interactive.

Financial Training & Development
Financial courses are managed by Kim Tree who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She is a qualified D32 workplace assessor and has had a diverse career over 20 years in finance and accountancy in the profession, oil industry, and transport and latterly in financial training.
Recent assignments include:

Designing and delivering business studies programmes for further education colleges.

Developing and delivering accounting programmes to Association of Accounting Technician students.

Delivering finance related courses to corporate clients in a variety of industries including finance, electrical and the entertainment industry.

Designing teaching programmes and exam papers for Scottish Higher National Diploma in Accounting in conjunction with the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
Line management experience:
Kim has managerial and team leading skills experience in a variety of roles in industry and in her current role leads course programmes in accountancy.
